Over 8 focused 1-hour sessions spread across 6-8 months, this program develops leadership effectiveness, emotional resilience, personal positioning, and communication skills in demanding environments.
Anchoring Change: A follow-up session is included after 3-4 months to review progress and solidify any remaining elements.
Result Orientation: A clear action plan will be established collaboratively between the employer, the coachee, and the coach to outline specific areas for development and set realistic outcomes to achieve within a defined timeframe. Progress will be reviewed in a tripartite meeting at the midpoint of the coaching process and during the final session to assess results and plan any further adjustments if required.
